Oh, there are days when the skies are grey, you spill the milk, your slippers get soggy, The Captain’s eye looks funny (again), the dog follows you morosely from room-to-room, and all you want to do is eat peanut butter from the jar. With a tablespoon.

Of course we could all call in sick and sit on the couch watching Friends reruns in our PJ’s, but with businesses to run and jobs to keep and personal brands to send sparkling into the universe, that’s not exaccerly helpful, is it?

Instead, on just such a day, I’ve come up with three simple ways to get outta that funk (insert George Clinton sting here) and recorded it as an audioblog, below.

In a nutshell, I’m saying: Get comfy. Play it loud. Call (or text or Facebook) someone and tell them you’re not feeling the love.

And cut yourself some slack, too. We all have them. This too shall pass.

Listen to the full audioblog here.

PS. What do you do when it’s one of those days? Leave a comment!
